Do you preview videos & DVDs?

Your rental request needs to be on a purchase order or prepaid with a credit card. The rental fee is $25 plus shipping and must be returned within 14 days. Reproducible worksheets are not included with video/dvd rentals. If you decide to keep the video/dvd, the $25 fee is applied towards the purchase price, and we will send you the reproducible worksheets.

What is your return policy?

Products must be returned within 30 days for credit or refund.

If you return products purchased with a credit card, you will be charged a $25.00 fee.

Partially or completely damaged products will be assessed a damage charge.

Returned Lab Packs, Network and Site Licenses will be charged a 25% handling fee.

Do I need a purchase order?

We will gladly accept orders on official purchase orders numbered and signed from educational institutions. A hard copy of the P.O. must be faxed or mailed in before the order is shipped. We welcome orders from individuals and private companies - please enclose a check, or credit card information with your order.

How do I get on/off the mailing list?

Off - please fax or send the original mailing label off the catalog with your request to be removed.

On - please send us your Name, School Name, Address, City, State and Zip Code along with the products you are interested in (i.e. posters, social studies, etc.), or you can call us at 800-543-0998.

How long before I receive my order?

In general terms, orders within the contiguous U.S. will take 5 to 10 business days. In Canada, delivery can take 3 to 4 weeks. Orders to Hawaii are automatically sent 2nd day delivery.

What are your payment terms?

All orders are shipped on a net 30 basis. A 1% service charge will be added per month for late payments. Product purchase does not give the user permission for duplication or transfer without prior written consent from the copyright holder. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to approval.

What age groups do your products target?

Most of our products target the middle school through adult levels. However, an increased number of our newer products also target elementary ages. If you have a question regarding a specific title, please call us at 800-543-0998.
